GoodLife Fitness Marathon is Tomorrow
The second Toronto Marathon this fall is the GoodLife Fitness Marathon which is tomorrow. I’m just heading to bed right now and thought I better check the times and route for tomorrow. I’m pretty glad I did as the start is at 9:00AM and NOT 7:30AM and the finish is at Queens Park and NOT City Hall. What does this mean? Well it means I can get roughly one extra hour of sleep! Marathon Water Station Tip
A helpful trick I learned during the Waterfront Marathon. If you want to keep your rythem while still gracefully ingest liquids at hydration stations this is what I’ve learned works best. Pinching the lip of the cup making the cup opening a thin slit makes it easier to drink the cups contents while running. I Made Too Much Couscous
I decided to make some Couscous because haven’t had any in a while thought it would be a good idea, but I didn’t have a bowl large enough to mix in any of the ingredients. It was a mess.
